  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

 

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must include original packaging and tags.

  • Proof of purchase is required.
